The Academy PG is committed to upholding the highest standards of editorial integrity, academic rigor, and transparency in scholarly publishing. The journal welcomes original research, review articles, and case studies in the fields of arts, business, and social sciences with a particular focus on Asian perspectives, while also encouraging comparative and global insights.
- Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process. Submissions are first screened by the editorial team for relevance, originality, and compliance with submission guidelines. Those meeting initial criteria are sent to expert reviewers for a thorough evaluation of academic quality, methodology, and contribution to the field. - Publication Ethics
Academy PG adheres to ethical guidelines as outlined by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Authors are expected to submit original work and properly cite sources. Plagiarism, data fabrication, and any form of academic misconduct are strictly prohibited. Suspected violations will be investigated and may result in rejection or retraction. - Open Access Policy
The journal follows an open-access model to ensure free and immediate access to published articles for all readers. This supports global knowledge sharing and maximizes the impact of scholarly work. - Plagiarism Policy
Academy PG follows a strict plagiarism policy to protect the honesty and quality of academic research. We are dedicated to supporting the research community by promoting ethical practices in writing and publishing. To ensure originality, all submitted and published content is checked using advanced plagiarism detection software (Crossref Similarity Check powered by iThenticate).
When submitting an article to Academy PG, authors confirm the following:
- All authors have carefully reviewed and approved the content of the article before submission.
- The manuscript does not contain any copied material from other sources.
- Proper references have been given wherever content from other sources is used. If any part of the article is found to be plagiarized, strict action will be taken against the author(s).
Every submitted article goes through an initial review and plagiarism check using the Crossref Similarity Check system to make sure it meets our originality standards.
- Copyright and Licensing Policy
At Academy PG, authors keep the copyright of their work. However, by submitting and publishing with us, authors agree to; allow Academy PG to publish and share their work with others.
All articles are published under an open-access license (Creative Commons Attribution License – CC BY), which means:
- Anyone can read, download, share, and use the content freely.
- Proper credit must be given to the original author(s) and the source.
- The content cannot be changed or used in a misleading way.
This policy helps make research available to everyone and supports the free flow of knowledge across the world.
- Authorship and Contributions
All listed authors must have made significant contributions to the research and agree to the final version of the manuscript. Any changes to authorship must be approved by all authors and justified to the editorial board. - Conflict of Interest
Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may influence the review or publication process. Transparency is essential to maintain the integrity of the research. - Editorial Independence
The editorial decisions are made independently by the editorial board based solely on the academic merit of the submission, without influence from sponsors, institutions, or commercial interests. - Appeals and Complaints
Authors who wish to appeal editorial decisions or submit complaints should contact the editorial office with a detailed explanation. Appeals will be reviewed objectively and fairly by the editorial team or an independent reviewer. - Language Policy
Academy PG accepts submissions in both English and Bengali. However, all articles must include an abstract in English to ensure accessibility to an international audience. - Correction, Retraction, and Withdrawal Policy
Academy PG is dedicated to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of its published academic content. Once published, articles are considered final, but corrections or retractions may occur if serious errors or misconduct are discovered. Authors are encouraged to report major mistakes, which are reviewed by the editorial team. Retractions may happen in cases of plagiarism, duplicate submission, or falsified data, and require a signed statement from all authors. Articles can also be withdrawn at the authors’ request in exceptional cases, following formal approval. The publisher reserves the right to withdraw content that breaches its ethical standards at any stage.
