Academy PG welcomes original research articles, review papers, case studies, short communications, and technical reports from scholars and professionals across disciplines. To ensure a smooth publication process, authors are requested to carefully follow the guidelines below.

1. Manuscript Format / Structure

Title Page

  • Title: Concise and informative.
  • Author(s): Full names of all authors.
  • Affiliations: Use superscript letters to match authors with their affiliations. Include institutional affiliations and country.
  • Corresponding Author: Name, email address, and phone number.
  • ORCID ID: If available.

Abstract

  • Length: 150–300 words.
  • For Bangla articles, the abstract must be written in both English and Bangla.
  • Summarize the background, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
  • Avoid citations and abbreviations.

Keywords

  • Provide 4–6 keywords relevant to the study.

Main Text

For original research articles, the structure should be as follows:

  1. Introduction: Explain the aim of your study, provide background information, and outline the discussion structure.
  2. Literature Review / Related Work: Summarize past research on the topic without repeating the introduction.
  3. Materials and Methods: Explain the materials, tools, and methods used in detail.
  4. Results: Present findings clearly with original tables and figures.
  5. Discussion: Compare results with previous studies, note limitations, and suggest future improvements.
  6. Conclusion and Future Scope: Summarize findings, highlight contributions, and mention possible future work.
  7. Appendix (Optional): Include extra material, labeled properly (A.1, B.1, etc.).
  8. Acknowledgment: Mention financial or technical support, and declare conflicts of interest.
  9. Funding Information: List funding sources.
  10. Author Contributions: Specify each author’s role.

References

  • Use a consistent citation style (APA, MLA, Vancouver, etc.).
  • Number references in the order cited: [1], [2], [3].
  • Provide complete references, including DOI or URL if available.

Author Profile

  • Include a short biography (max 100 words) and a photo for each author.
  • Example: Lee Tumit received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Physical Science from IIT Bombay in 1998, 2002, and 2008. He is a professor at IIT Bombay and has published over 50 papers.

Tables and Figures

  • Each must be clear, original, and properly numbered.
  • Avoid vertical lines in tables.
  • Use Times New Roman, size 10 (not bold/italic).
  • Captions should be outside the figure/table.
  • Charts/graphs in Word/Excel, images in JPG. Equations must be typed (MathType).

2. Formatting Guidelines

  • Font: Times New Roman, 12-point.
  • Line Spacing: 1.5
  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides.
  • Page Numbers: Bottom right.
  • Tables & Figures: Place near first citation or at manuscript end.

3. Ethical Considerations

  • Follow ethical standards for research.
  • Include ethical approval and consent for studies involving humans or animals.
  • Disclose conflicts of interest.
  • Plagiarism is prohibited; all submissions are checked with iThenticate.

4. Author Responsibilities

  • Ensure completeness, grammar, and formatting.
  • All authors must have contributed significantly.
  • Corresponding author manages all journal communication.

5. Peer Review Process

  • All submissions undergo double-blind peer review.
  • Reviewers are selected by expertise.
  • Authors may need to revise manuscripts before final acceptance.
  • Final decision rests with the editorial board.

6. Article Processing Charges (APC)

  • Academy PG is open-access. Authors pay a modest APC upon acceptance.
  • Fee details are on the journal website; waivers may apply for low-income countries.

7. Copyright and Licensing

  • Authors retain copyright.
  • Articles are licensed under CC BY 4.0 (free use with attribution).

8. Post-Publication

  • All articles are published online with DOI.
  • Indexed in Scilit, Google Scholar, Index Copernicus, Semantic Scholar, Publons, CrossRef, etc.
  • Authors are encouraged to share through repositories and networks.
