Academy PG welcomes original research articles, review papers, case studies, short communications, and technical reports from scholars and professionals across disciplines. To ensure a smooth publication process, authors are requested to follow the guidelines below carefully.
  1. Manuscript Format/ Structure
Title Page
  • Title: Concise and informative.
  • Author(s): Full names of all authors.
  • Affiliations: Use superscript letters to match authors with their affiliations. Include institutional affiliations and country.
  • Corresponding Author: Name, email address, and phone number.
  • ORCID iD (if available).
Abstract
  • Length: 150–300 words.
  • For Bangla Article abstract should be written as both English and Bangla.
  • Should summarize the background, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
  • Avoid citations and abbreviations.
Keywords
  • Provide 4–6 keywords relevant to the study.
Main Text Structure depends on the type of article. For original research articles, use the following structure:
  1. Introduction
Explain the aim of your study. Give background information. Mention what you will discuss in each section. Example: Section I is the introduction. Section II covers related work. Section III discusses methods. Section IV explains architecture. Section V describes methodology. Section VI gives results. Section VII gives recommendations. Section VIII concludes the paper.
  1. Literature Review/ Related Work
Summarize past research on the topic. Do not repeat what was said in the introduction.  
  1. Materials and Methods
Explain the materials, tools, and steps used. Give enough detail so others can repeat your work.  
  1. Results
Present your findings clearly. Use tables and figures but avoid repeating the same data in both. All tables, charts, and equations must be your original work, not scanned images.  
  1. Discussion
Compare your results with past studies. Discuss any errors or limitations. Mention future work and improvements.  
  1. Conclusion and Future Scope
Summarize your main findings. State how your work helps others. Mention future improvements.  
  1. Appendix (Optional)
Use this section for extra material. Use labels like A.1, B.1 for equations, tables, and figures.  
  1. Acknowledgment
Mention any financial or technical support. Declare any conflicts of interest.  
  1. Funding Information
List any funding received for the research.  
  1. Author Contributions
Clearly mention each author's role in the research.   References
  • Use a consistent citation style (APA, MLA, Vancouver, etc.) as specified by the journal.
  • References should be numbered and listed in the order cited (Use [1], [2], [3] format in increasing order).
  • All references must be complete, including DOI or URL where applicable.

Author Profile
  • Include a short biography (100 words max) and a photo for each author at the end of the manuscript.
  • Example: Lee Tumit received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Physical Science from IIT Bombay in 1998, 2002, and 2008. He is a professor at IIT Bombay. He has published over 50 papers. His research areas include science, engineering, and technology.
Tables and Figures
  • Each table or figure must be clear and original.
  • Do not use vertical lines in tables.
  • Use Times New Roman, size 10, not bold or italic.
  • Caption and number must be outside the figure/table.
  • Submit charts/graphs in Word/Excel; images in JPG.
  • Equations must be typed using MathType, not scanned. Number and caption all equations.
  1. Formatting Guidelines
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12-point.
  • Line Spacing: 1.5
  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides.
  • Page Numbers: Bottom right corner.
  • Tables and Figures: Should be placed within the text near the first citation or at the end of the manuscript. Each must be numbered and titled.
  • Equations and Symbols: Use equation editor or MathType. Number equations sequentially.
  1. Ethical Considerations
  • All submissions must adhere to ethical research standards.
  • Studies involving human or animal subjects must include ethical approval and informed consent.
  • Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
  • Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. All submissions are checked with iThenticate or similar tools.
  1. Author Responsibilities
  • Ensure the manuscript is complete, grammatically correct, and properly formatted.
  • All listed authors must have made a significant contribution to the work.
  • The corresponding author is responsible for all communication with the journal and approval of the final version.
  1. Peer Review Process
  • All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review.
  • Reviewers are selected based on expertise.
  • Authors will receive comments and may be asked to revise their manuscript before final acceptance.
  • The editorial board makes the final decision on publication.
  1. Article Processing Charges (APC)
  • Academy PG is an open-access publisher. Authors are required to pay a modest APC upon acceptance to cover editorial and publication costs.
  • Fee details are available on the journal's website. Waivers may be available for low-income countries.
  1. Copyright and Licensing
  • Authors retain copyright.
  • All published articles are under a Creative Commons license (CC BY 4.0), allowing free distribution with proper attribution.
  1. Post-Publication
  • Articles are published online with a DOI.
  • Indexing: All articles are indexed in major databases including Scilit, Google Scholar, Index Copernicus, Semantic Scholar, Publons, CrossRef, and more.
  • Authors are encouraged to share their work through institutional repositories and academic networks.
